You are warmly invited to join the Summerville Museum and Research Center on May 19th, 2025, for the unveiling of the newly granted South Carolina Historic State Marker by the South Carolina Department of Archives and History. This marker commemorates and celebrates the property’s unique history and its significant role in shaping the town of Summerville.
Please save the date and RSVP by April 25th, 2025. There will be FREE Tours of the museum following the dedication. This is a public event, and we encourage the community to join us in this historic moment on behalf of the museum.
